December 13th, 2023
Wed, 09:00 - 10:00 GMT
Our roundtable series provides a forum for HR leaders to share insights and co-create actions for building the mentally healthy businesses the world needs.
In the upcoming roundtable we’ll build on these themes with a deeper dive into uncovering the hidden mental health needs in your business. The roundtable, facilitated by two leading clinical psychologists, also provides an opportunity to address other related concerns raised by attendees.
We’ll explore initiatives to surface unmet mental health & wellbeing needs and enable attendees to consider the implications for their particular setting. We’ll also explore what we can learn from large scale research and how we can utilise these insights in our own organisations to maintain a great culture (or how to build the right one).
Roundtable participants will:
- Gain a clear understanding of the costs of poor employee mental health & wellbeing
- Consider the implications of recent research into employee wellbeing
- Become familiar with a range of potential tools/platforms that can be used to surface unmet needs
- Contribute to the development of appropriate tools/approaches for their particular company context
- Gain an appreciation of the importance of SAFE leadership
