Lumo Health is an innovative online platform specialising in psychology and psychotherapy. We offer a modern therapy experience, online and in-person, transforming the way people engage with therapy and take the first steps to healthier, happier lives.
As London-based professionals with decades of experience, we know the value that therapy can offer. But it’s not useful if it’s difficult to access and getting started feels like yet another strain on your wellbeing.
Lumo Health was built by clinicians, for clinicians and the people they work with. So you can be confident about quality at every stage of your therapy journey.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to access therapy. So we’ve developed a platform that makes it easier to start working with a professional, even out of hours or on weekends.
Clarity runs through everything we do, from consistent information about our therapists to straightforward pricing with no surprises.
Lumo Health is the unique blend of evidence-based, proven therapies and an innovative, effortless way to access them. So our founding team brings together the advantage of experience in psychology and digital transformation alike.
